Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DinoDynasty (the "Service"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One account per person — accounts created to evade a ban, farm free-to-play rewards, or manipulate rankings/trades against yourself ("multi-accounting") may be suspended or banned. We do log signup/login IP addresses and device information specifically to detect this.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read your sign-in code can access your account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Staff accounts with elevated access are expected to (and, for administrators, may be required to) enable two-factor authentication.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Exploit bugs, race conditions, or duplication glitches for personal gain — report them instead.
• Automate play (bots, scripts, macros) outside of any officially provided tooling.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate staff or other players; post illegal content; or use names/messages that violate the in-game name and chat filters.
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game currency/items for real-world money outside any channel we explicitly offer.
• Attempt to disrupt the Service (denial-of-service, credential stuffing, scraping at abusive volume) or bypass its rate limits and security controls.

Reports and chat are moderated, including automatically — messages can be filtered, hidden, or result in a temporary chat mute, and abusive accounts can be suspended or banned. See our Rules page for the fuller code of conduct.

Virtual items have no real-world value

Cash, DNA, Amber, dinosaurs, parks, and every other in-game asset exist only within the Service, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and may be adjusted, reset, or removed by us — including at the end of a season, per the game's own rules. Any premium currency purchase is a license to use that balance in-game, not a purchase of property.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice for serious violations. You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what account deletion does.

The Service is provided "as is"

DinoDynasty is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent — seasons end, features change, and (like any online game) it could eventually be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of in-game progress or items.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms; if we make a material change we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, post a notice in-game.
